Chinnaswamy Stadium, which is also expected to host the final and a playoff match. RCB is scheduled to play five of its home games at the venue. Despite the confirmation of the start date, the highly anticipated release of the full schedule has been delayed. Initially expected to be announced around the T20 World Cup final on March 8, the official reveal is now anticipated for March 9. According to TV schedules from Star Sports, the announcement is expected at either 4:00 PM or 6:00 PM IST. Furthermore, the schedule will be released in two phases, a strategy attributed to the upcoming state assembly elections in West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, and Assam. The first phase of the schedule, expected soon, will cover the initial two weeks of the tournament, which will feature 84 matches in total. The second phase, detailing the playoff matches, will be announced at a later date. This two-phase approach allows organizers to maintain flexibility around the election schedules. The BCCI had initially informed franchises of a March 26 start, but the date was subsequently pushed back by two days to the confirmed March 28 start.
